Castle Concrete Mix, 30 kg, 24 hr Traffic, 48 hr Functional Cure, 40 - 86 deg F Application, ASTM C 387, For General Purpose Applications Such as to Construct Footings, Sidewalks, Slabs, Steps and Patios For new concrete construction projects, concrete overlays and concrete repairs where a thickness 5 cm or more is required. Use to construct footings, sidewalks, slabs, steps and patios. Set deck posts, fence posts and poles. Open to foot traffic in approximately 24 hours. Meets or exceeds ASTM C 387 strength requirements. Mix and substrate temperatures should be maintained between 5 and 30 degree C for at least 24 hours prior to and 48 hours after. For rapid setting fence posts, mailbox posts, basketball poles, swing sets, and lamp posts. Not recommended to construct deck posts, walks, floors, slabs, footings, etc. Simultaneously pour with water, from bag to hole, and then agitate with a rod or stick. Mix and substrate temperatures should be maintained between 5 and 30 degree C for at least 24 hours prior to and 48 hours after. Sets in minutes and posts can be used after 3 hours.
